Tumbling

For children ages 3 - 5. This class introduces fundamental instruction, teaching body awareness, muscle control, and basic tumbling skills.

For children ages 6 and up. This class is for beginner tumbling, no experience required. Athletes will learn & master skills such as: forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, backbend kickover, back walkover, front walkover, etc. 

For children ages 6 and up. After mastering level 1 skills, athletes will learn and master skills such as: back handspring, front handspring/flyspring, roundoff back handspring, and connecting skills.

For children ages 6 and up. After mastering level 2 skills, athletes will learn and master skills such as: back tuck, front tuck, layouts, fulls, and connecting skills.

Private lessons can be scheduled with individual coaches. There is a booking/facility fee of: $5.00 for members & $10.00 for non-members. Coaches set their own prices and are paid directly.
