Gymnastics

This class is for ages 3 - 6 years old. This is a structured class that introduces the basics of gymnastics in a fun and age appropriate manner. Children will have instruction on bars, beam, vault, and floor.

This class is for ages 6 - 12 years old. This is a non-competitive gymnastics program that focuses on developing skills, fitness and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn and practice gymnastics skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor.
