Gymnastics

This class is designated for ages 18 months - 3 years old. A parent or caregiver will accompany and assist the child with this class. This class is a fun and engaging activity to introduce young children to basic gymnastics skills, building coordinations, strength, flexibility, and balance.

This class is for ages 3 - 6 years old. This is a structured class that introduces the basics of gymnastics in a fun and age appropriate manner. Children will have instruction on bars, beam, vault, and floor.

This class is for ages 6 - 12 years old. This is a non-competitive gymnastics program that focuses on developing skills, fitness and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn and practice gymnastics skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor.

This class is for homeschool children ages 6 - 12 years old. This is a daytime non-competitive gymnastics program that focuses on developing skills, fitness and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn and practice gymnastics skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor.
